I am Ben, founder of Fractional Compass.
I have spent more than 20 years in recruitment, outbound and senior hiring.
Earlier in my career, I ran an executive search business placing C-suite and leadership candidates across the UK.
I later founded Jobheron, a recruitment software business used by more than 2,000 companies. I ran much of the outbound, sales and marketing myself — finding the right companies, reaching decision-makers, testing messaging, refining offers, and learning what turns a cold conversation into a commercial opportunity.
